 Which delivery service do you use?

All products are sent via Royal Mail standard using either 1st or 2nd class delivery service, which takes 1-2 or 3-5 working days on UK orders.  

If you wish to have next day delivery or need a special delivery please email us shoptwothree@gmail.com All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail standard signed for service which takes 3-7 working days to arrive depending on your location.


Do you ship International?

Yes we do! If you continue with your order, and complete your payment via PayPal, PayPal will then automatically convert your total to your currency, or you can use our CURRENCY CONVERTER Please let us know if you have any problems completing your order shoptwothree@gmail.com


Are refunds available?

Yes, Refunds are available on most of our products, unless item is listed as SALE in which case we can only offer an exchange. Once you have received your product you have 14 days to return your product in order for you to qualify for a refund. Please send an email to shoptwothree@gmail.com notifying us of your return. A return shipping address will then be provided.


Can I cancel my order?

You have 1 hours after placing your order with us to cancel your order.

Once you have received a confirmation of order you can only opt in for a refund when your product has arrived at your given address. 


Late or missing refunds?

Unfortunately we are unable to refund sale items and are only able to offer an exchange.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted it could take 3-5 working days to process.

How long do I have to exchange a product?

You have 14 days to exchange your product, please email us as soon as you receive your product to make us aware of your exchange.


Where do I return products back to?

Once you have inquired in regards to a return or exchange (please see returns and refund policy) the returns address will supplied.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
