How will COVID-19 affect my delivery?
Due to high demand for home shopping and the COVID pandemic, Royal Mail are experiencing minor delays to the arrival of parcels. Our website contains our usual delivery time-frames but please be aware that UK parcels could take up to an extra 3 working days to arrive, EU an extra 7 working days and ROW an extra 10 working days.
What are the shipping options?
Orders are Shipped via Royal Mail
UK ORDERS OVER £50 - FREE
UK STANDARD (2-4 working days) - £3.90
UK EXPRESS (1-3 working days) - £4.90
*All UK orders over £70 will be shipped via MyHermes with Tracking.
EU STANDARD (3-5 working days) - £10.00
EU ORDERS OVER £70 - FREE
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD (5-10 working days) - £15.00
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER $100 - FREE
Please note there is a 24hr handling time
Your item will be dispatched from our UK warehouse within 24 hours of us receiving payment (not including Saturday or Sunday).
Please insure that you provide all correct information so your product/s arrives to you safely and promptly

If you would like to return your item you have 14 days to request a refund, please send an email to:
email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are only applicable to full priced items unless item is defective or damaged. We are only able to offer an exchange on Sale items.
Items must be unused and inserted into the original packaging. If the original packaging has been damaged or is unavailable, please use an appropriate mailbag to return your items back to us.
Items are returned at the customers’ own expense.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days, please double check with your bank first, as there is often some processing time before funds show on the account.

To be eligible for an exchange the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the packing slip.
Exchange is only available if the product is:
- Wrong size
- Damaged in transit
- Sale item

Exchanges on sale items determines if the product is in stock and meets the exchange criteria, if not please refer to refund policy.
Postage and Package
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items over £75, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee all items will be received.
