UK Express Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 working days) £3.90

 

Worldwide Shipping

EU Standard Royal Mail £8.00 (3-5 working days) 

Rest of world Standard Royal Mail £12.00 (5-10 working days)

Your item will be dispatched from our UK warehouse within 24 hours of us receiving payment (not including Saturday or Sunday).

Currency Converter

 

You have 14 days once your item is received to request a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, where you will be notified the approval or rejection of the refund request.

If the refund has been accepted this will be credited to your original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days, please double check with your bank first, as there is often some processing time before funds show on the account.

Refunds are only applicable to full priced items unless item is defective or damaged. We are only able to offer an exchange on Sale items.

 

Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the packing slip. 

Exchange is only available if the product is:

  • Wrong size
  • Defective
  • Damaged in transit
  • Sale item

 Exchanges on sale items determines if the product is in stock and meets the exchange criteria, if not please refer to refund policy.

 

Postage and Package 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 If you are shipping items over £75, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee all items will be received.
